GENERAL INFORMATION
DATE: Monday June 02 – Thursday June 05, 2025
VENUE: Scandic Holmenkollen Park, Oslo, lecture hall "SAGA 123"
HOW TO GET THERE:
Take T bane Line 1 direction Frognerseteren to Holmenkollen station. From there you take a short walk to the hotel (8 min). From Majorstuen station it takes 20 minutes to Holmenkollen station. You can also take the bus 46, direction Ullertoppen to Ryghs vei bus stop (12 min). From there it is a 25 min walk to the hotel.
- Registration on Monday morning from 8am – 8.40 am nearby the lecture hall downstairs. Coffee is served nearby.
- Pick up your name badge from the registration desk. Please always wear your badge at the venue site. In case of a lost badge, contact us at info@nordictraumarad.com
- First session starts at 8.45 am.
- You can log on to WIFI in the auditorium. Network and password will be delivered on site.
- Mentimeter is used for interactive sessions. You can access the quiz questions on your mobile phone from the browser at mentimeter.com or download the app on your phone to make voting easier.
- Coffee break is served outside the lecture hall and buffet lunch is served in the restaurant. The kitchen has been informed about all special diets. Please do not take food from the special diet section, if you haven ́t pre-ordered it.
- The programme is available here on this site. Printed programs are available at the registration desk.
- Course certificates will be emailed as PDF after the course. Swedish residents (ST-läkare) must also collect the separate “Intyg” on paper from the course site, and fill in their personal information.
